Realme Pad with ultra slim design, quad dynamic speakers launched in India

Realme Pad comes with MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. The device is the first ever tablet from the company in the country. The company also launched the Realme Cobble, Pocket Bluetooth speakers.

Realme Pad tablet with an ultra slim design launched in India. The device comes alongside the Realme 8i, Realme 8s 5G, Realme Cobble, Realme Pocket Bluetooth Speaker. All these latest products were launched via an all-virtual event in India. Realme Pad is the company’s first ever tablet in the country. The new Pad device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. Additionally, the tablet also gets supports for Dolby Atmos sound. Realme Pad also gets the fast-charging support.




The Chinese brand is offering this Realme Pad with both Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi + 4G variants. Beside this, as mentioned above, Realme has also announced about the launch of Realme Cobble and Realme Pocket portable Bluetooth speaker in the country. Both tablet model comes in two colour options. It also carries an IPX5 water resistant design.

Realme Pad tablet: Price and availability in India

The all-new Realme Pad price in India starts at Rs 13999 for the Wi-Fi only variant. The base variant comes solely with only 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The Realme Pad with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage for the Wi-Fi + 4G storage gets a price tag of Rs 15999. The top-end variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage carries a price tag of Rs 17999. All the three-storage model comes in two colour options. These includes Real Gold and Real Grey colours.

As for its availability, the 4G model of Realme Pad will be up for sale starting 12PM on September 16. The Realme tablet will be available for purchase via Flipkart, Realme.com and other major offline retailers. On the other hand, the details about the availability of Wi-Fi only models will be announced at the later stage.




Realme is also offering this Realme Pad tablet with some introductory offers. Interested customers can purchase the Realme Pad with HDFC Bank cards or Easy EMI Transaction. The entitled customers can receive an instant discount of up to Rs 2000. Additionally, the ICICI Bank card holders will also get a discount of Rs 1000.

The all-new Realme Pad tablet runs on new Realme UI for Pad skin on top of Android 11 operating system. The all-new tablet supports a 10.4-inch WUXGA+ display which offers a 82.5 percent screen-to-body ratio. The display comes with a screen resolution of 2000×12000 pixels. Realme claims that this display is also capable of reducing the brightness to as low as 2 nits under a preloaded Night mode. This will protect eyes from any kind of strain while working on Dark situation. Additionally, the Realme Pad also gets Dark Mode to reduce the screen brightness to some extent. Moreover, it also gets Sunlight Mode. This mode will switch the screen to reach maximum brightness while using in outdoors.

  • Hardware:

As for the hardware configuration, the MediaTek Helio G80 processor powers this tablet device. This chipset comes in pair with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of onboard storage. Realme Pad features an 8-megapixel front camera with an ultra-wide-angle lens. This camera gets a field-of-view (FoV) of 105 degrees.   • Design:

Similarly for design, the Realme Pad comes with an aluminium body. It gets a thickness of 6.9mm and weighs around 440 grams. Additionally, the Realme Pad also gets quad dynamic speakers. These speakers are powered by Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio technologies. The device also gets dual microphones to enable noise cancellation during the video calls or while attending any online conference.



  • Other Features:

Beside this, Realme has also pre-installed its Smart Connect Feature on this Realme tablet. This will allow deeper ecosystem integration. It will allow consumers to use their other Realme products like Realme Band or Realme Watch to unlock their tablet device. The device also gets Nearby Share feature. This feature will allow users to share files and images between their Realme phones and tablets.

Realme Pad also gets an Open-up Auto Connection feature. This will let users to connect their earbuds with the tablet whenever they are present within the required radius. The all-new Realme Pad packs in 7100mAh battery. This battery gets its power from 18W quick charging. The tablet also supports reverse charging via OTG cable.
