Design-wise the Xiaomi tablet is not very heavy. Here, the Xiaomi Pad 5 comes with a plastic build on the rear side. However, most of the brands generally offer metal back on their tablets. But this time, Xiaomi also did some cost-cutting and offered a plastic back. However, the frame of the tablet is metallic.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 is not a one-hand device. To access the tablet, we need to use both hands. Talking about the front, the Selfie camera placement is also on the shorter side, i.e., while doing video calls and conferencing, we have to hold the tablet vertically. It would have been excellent if Xiaomi had placed the selfie camera horizontally rather than vertically.
