The new series packs a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging.

The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ features the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, while the Note 15 Pro runs on the Dimensity 7400 Ultra. These Redmi phones carries a more rugged design in comparison to their predecessors, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+. Both handsets come with the IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Overall, all of these devices have received upgrades in terms of battery life, performance, and battery backup. 

Redmi Note 15 Smartphone

Besides the Note 15 Pro series, the standard Redmi Note 15 arrives as a more affordable option. It comes with a slimmer design and slightly toned-down specifications. The 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants are available at CNY 1,099 (roughly Rs 13,400), CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs 15,800) and CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs 18,300), respectively. In China, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is available at CNY 1,899 (~Rs 23,000) for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. There are two other variants for the Pro+ model. As for the shades, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ colour includes Cedar White, Midnight Black, Sky Blue and Smoky Purple options. According to recent reports, Xiaomi may introduce the Redmi Note 15 series in India during festive season. For instance, Redmi Note 15 Pro shares the same 6.83-inch micro-curved OLED display as its Pro+ sibling. This variant offers an impressive outputs natively at 2,772 x 1,280 pixels with 3,200 nits peak brightness. Furthermore, it gets a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 3,840 Hz PWM frequency. The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is a dual SIM (Nano + Nano) smartphone. It is equipped with a 6.83-inch micro-curved display with a 1.5K resolution. This is the similar display specifications as the mid-tier variant. Furthermore, this screen panel offers a native output of 2,772 x 1,280 pixels resolution. The OLED display runs at 120Hz refresh rate, with up to 3,200 nits peak brightness. The screen is protected by Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal Glass.

Performance

The Note 15 Pro+ is the first phone to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC. This is the latest octa-core chipset launched by the Qualcomm. The handset carries up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS2.2 onboard storage. Camera

Cameras are another area in which the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ departs from its younger Pro sibling. There is an AI-backed triple rear camera module. The device could get a 50MP main camera with OIS.
