OnePlus is preparing for the launch of the second iteration of the OnePlus Nord N10 5G. The successor to this OnePlus Nord N10 smartphone is likely to launch with the name of Nord N20 5G. To recall, the OnePlus Nord N10 debut last year in the month of November. The device never made it to Indian market. However, it was restricted to international markets like the Europe and the North America. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that the company will release the successor in the Indian markets.
OnePlus Nord N20 Leaks online
Some recent leak revealed the design of the upcoming OnePlus smartphone. Additionally, these leaks also share some of the key specifications of the latest OnePlus mobile. As per these leaks, the upcoming OnePlus Nord N20 5G will be the mid-range smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. This OnePlus phone will launch along with an AMOLED display and a front facing camera place within the punch hole.
These latest leaks come from the popular tipster duo Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks and 91Mobiles. The duo tipsters share the CAD renders and key specifications of the upcoming Nord N20 5G smartphone. According to these leaks, the upcoming OnePlus Nord N20 5G is likely to take the new approach towards the design.
OnePlus Nord N20 5G: Design
The all-new OnePlus Nord N20 5G could launch with a new overhaul. The OnePlus new mobile features a punch-hole display. As per the leaked renders, the OnePlus Nord phone could support a flat front and chamfered edges. To recall, the predecessor was seen supporting the 2.5D curved front design. The render also suggests that the upcoming OnePlus phones could also be equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Design from Edges
The left edge of the OnePlus Nord N20 5G is likely to feature the volume controller and the SIM card tray. On the right edge, the device will get a power button. At the bottom edge, the Nord N20 5G will feature a 3.5mm headphone slot, a USB Type C port, a microphone and a speaker grille. Front and Back Design
At the back side of OnePlus Nord N20 5G, the smartphone will come with a triple rear camera unit. In this camera module, two-large sized camera sensor can also be seen on the rear end of the device. In the render images, the OnePlus Nord N20 appears in two colour options which includes grey and purple colour.
OnePlus Nord N20 5G: Specifications (Expected)
According to leaks from Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks, the upcoming OnePlus Nord N20 will support a 6.43-inch AMOLED display. The smartphone will also be launching with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 695 SoC. Keep in mind, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 is an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 690. To recall, the predecessor Nord N10 is also powered by this Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 chipset.

Triple Rear Camera Setup
As for the optics, the OnePlus Nord N20 5G will feature triple rear camera setup. As per leaks, the main camera will be 48-megapixel shooter. This main camera will also be accompanied by dual 2-megapixel camera units at the back. For selfies, the device will get a 16-megapixel front-facing camera unit. As for the battery capacity, the leakster did not revealed any information as of yet. Additionally, there is no word on fast charging as well.
OnePlus Nord N20 could launch as Nord CE 2 5G
The OnePlus Nord N20 will measure 159.8 x 73.1 x 7.7mm and its thickness increases to 9.6mm at the camera bump. Beside OnePlus Nord 2 5G, there are certain possibilities that this device could also launch as the OnePlus Nord CE 2.
Earlier, this year, a OnePlus Smartphone appears on Singaporean IMDA certification website. The device comes with a model number of EB2103. Its variant also appears on India’s BIS website with the model number of EB2101. Hence, we can expect this device to launch in Asian markets but with a different name.
