Last Year, OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau confirmed that all the OnePlus phone launching in future will be 5G phone. This is because of the obvious reason of future scope of 5G technology, according to Lau. The Chinese brand followed the trend as the company launched its OnePlus Nord last year. For instance, each and every phone that launched after the Original Nord phone comes with 5G capabilities. The latest to join the list is OnePlus Nord CE 5G.
OnePlus affordable 5G Phone in India
According to recent reports, the Vice President, OnePlus India in a press interview states that OnePlus India would bring more and more “affordable” 5G phone for Indian consumers in coming months. However, He neither confirm nor deny for the launch of more affordable 5G phones in India this year. He said that the company always aims to bring the best of cutting-edge technology. In near future, the company will provide meaningful experience to the customers with more products coming in the other half of this year.
Regarding OnePlus phones, Currently, there are two product lineups in the country. These includes the flagship OnePlus 9 series and other the OnePlus Nord series. To recall, the Nord phone series debut last year in the Indian markets, as OnePlus aims to offer affordable 5G experience. Based on the statements from the Vice President OnePlus, we could expect to see more affordable Nord phones launching in the country in the latter half of this year.
OnePlus Nord series in India
As per our previous posts, there are some reports which suggests that the OnePlus as a brand is planning to launch the Nord 2 smartphone in the country. Currently, OnePlus Nord 2 is under making and could launch in the month of July in India. However, the company is yet to provide any concrete information on this smartphone.
