Chinese smartphone maker, Oppo has recently launched a new mid-range smartphone in Kenya. This mid-range smartphone is called Oppo Reno 5F. Previously, the Chinese smartphone markers have teased about the launch of Reno 5F in Kenya. However, at that time, the company did not reveal any official specification about the smartphone. Now, with the launch, the key highlights of this smartphone include the MediaTek Helio P95 SoC, a 48-MP quad-rear camera setup, a 4130mAh battery and more. Oppo Reno 5F: Price
The pricing for this latest offering Reno 5F starts at Kenyan Shilling 31499 which is approximately Rs 20800. This latest device comes in single variant option. The smartphone is available in two color options. These color option includes Fantastic Purple and Fluid Blue colors. Reno 5F is already on sale via online stores in Kenya.
The latest Oppo Reno 5F measures 160.10 x 73.40 x 7.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 172.00 grams. However, the company has not official reveled, if the device will be made available in other international markets. Also, there is no information about its availability in Indian market. Oppo Reno 5F: Specifications
The all new Oppo Reno 5F comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display along with 2400 × 1080-pixel resolution. The device is powered by MediaTek Helio P95 chipset. This chipset is coupled with 8GB RAM/ 128GB of internal storage. The device runs on company’s custom skin, ColorOS 11.1 on top of Android 11 OS. Reno 5F packs in a 4310mAh battery along with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 technology.
Regarding photography, the latest Oppo Reno 5F features a 48-MP quad-rear camera setup. This camera setup includes a 48-MP main camera sensor with an f/1.7 aperture paired with an 8-MP ultra-wide range lens, a 2-MP monochrome sensor and a 2-MP macro lens. For selfies, the smartphone comes with 32-MP snapper. This front camera houses inside the punch-hole cutout.
For security, the device supports an in-display fingerprint scanner. It also supports facial recognition using front camera module. The device also supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity.
