Performance: V60 gets a new processor

Hardware is the major section where the Vivo V60 turns on the full power mode. The V50 had Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, which was quite fast. But the newer V60 is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. This Gen 4 processor is an upgrade from the 7 Gen 3 SoC found in the Vivo V50.

The Vivo V60 packs a powerful 6,500mAh battery in the slimmest body of its kind. Vivo claims that this is the slimmest smartphone of 2025 to pack this massive battery. It supports 90W FlashCharge fast charging. On the other hand, the predecessor V50 offers a 6,000mAh battery with the same charging speed.

With its bigger battery, the V60 can provide a better battery life. On moderate use, the V60 can last around 1.5 to 2 days. The Vivo V50 can offer up to 1 day of battery life. Both phones ship with Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. However, the V60 includes exclusive AI enhancements such as automated call summaries and photo re-composition tools, adding more utility to the interface.
