Oppo is expanding its 5G smartphone portfolio in India by launching new 5G smartphones. Recently, the Chinese smartphone makers launched Oppo A74 in India, which comes as the next affordable 5G smartphone. Now, the company is planning to launch another affordable 5G smartphone in India. This time, Oppo is ready to launch Oppo A53s 5G in India on April 27. Additionally, the company has started teasing the device. The teaser images reveals some of the key specifications of the upcoming 5G smartphone.
Oppo A53s launch in India:
The latest Oppo A53s will be launching with 5G connectivity, which makes the smartphone future proof and that too on budget. According to teaser leaks, the smartphone will be power by MTK700 chipset. This is the latest MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. With similar hardware, the upcoming Oppo A53s will get tough competition to recently launched Realme 8. The smartphone could get a high RAM/ Storage option. However, the company did not reveal any info about the RAM/ Storage configuration.
The teaser also reveals the design and looks of upcoming Oppo A53s 5G smartphone. As per teasers, the Oppo A53s will feature a vertical camera module which will accommodate triple-rear camera system. The rear panel will come with glossy finish. Additionally, for security the smartphone will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. As for the pricing, the Oppo A53s 5G price will fall under Rs15000. The upcoming smartphone will be made available for sale via Flipkart. Oppo A74 launch in India:
Recently, the Chinese brand launched another affordable 5G smartphone in India. The Oppo A74 5G recently landed in Indian markets. The 5G smartphone comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display along with 90Hz refresh rate. The device is power by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC. Whereas, the upcoming Oppo A53s 5G will be power by MediaTek Dimensity Processor. This chipset comes in pair with 6GB RAM/ 128GB of native storage.
Regarding camera, the Oppo A74 features a 48-MP triple rear camera system. As mentioned above Oppo A53s 5G will also feature a triple rear camera system. The 48-MP primary camera in Oppo A74 comes accompanied by a 2-MP monochrome lens and a 2-MP macro lens. For selfies, the smartphone features an 8-MP selfie shooter.
Regarding other specs, the smartphone is back by 5000mAh battery which comes with 18W fast charging support. The affordable 5G smartphone runs on Oppo’s own Custom ColorOS 11.1 which is based on Android 11. For security, the smartphone comes with Side-mounted fingerprint scanner, just like upcoming Oppo A53s 5G. Additionally, the device also supports face unlock feature.
