Black Shark is a sub-brand of Xiaomi, which makes gaming smartphone and accessories. The gaming smartphone company is all set to launch it’s new Black Shark 4 series this week. Black Shark 4 Series: Leaks
According to official statement from Black Shark, these upcoming Black Shark 4 series is likely to come with Qualcomm’s premium Snapdragon 888 SoC. The company also confirmed that the smartphone lineup will come with 4500mAh battery along with 120W of fast charging system. Now, company has announced few more details about the upcoming smartphone series.

Black Shark 4 series: Design
On Chinese micro-blogging site, Weibo, Black Shark confirms that Black Shark 4 series will feature Samsung designed E4 AMOLED screen. The smartphone lineup will feature a 6.67-inch display along with 144Hz refresh rate. The series comes with 720Hz of sampling rate. Additionally, the front display features a center punch-hole cutout. This cutout houses the selfie camera. However, the company did not shared any detail about which model will get the AMOLED display. According to sources, it is highly expected that the Pro variant will feature high refresh rate panel.
According to render images, the Black Shark 4 smartphone will feature a mechanical shoulder trigger button. The fingerprint scanner is embedded on the center of the display. According to post from Lei Jun, the smartphone is likely come with motorised triggers which will pop up when in action and will retract when not in use. According to teaser poster, shared on Black Shark’s Weibo account, shows the standard Black Shark 4 design in black and silver colors. As per poster images, the device features an X-Shaped pattern along with horizontally stacked rear cameras.

Black Shark 4 series: Expected Specifications
As per previous reports, the vanilla variant could support a FHD+ resolution display. Whereas, the Pro variant could support QHD+ resolution screen. For cameras, the Black Shark 4 Pro is likely to feature a 108-MP triple rear camera setup. Whereas, the Black Shark 4 features a 64-MP camera arrangement. The smartphone will be power by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870 Chipset. Previous leaks also suggested that Black Shark 4 Pro is likely to pack in whopping 18GB RAM. However, these leaks were fake, as per latest leaks the device will get two Pro variants. Out of which one variant is of 8GB RAM and other includes 12GB RAM.
Additionally, Both devices will run on Android 11 OS out of the box. As mentioned above, the Black Shark 4 will make it’s Global entry this week.
