An X user named Fox Puppy (@Skyfops) shared the first image of this Pro variant. @Skyfops shared a post with the caption, “I just spotted a test development iPhone in the wild”.
The post showcased the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro. The post contained two images, showcasing a person holding the alleged iPhone Pro model in one hand and the current 16 Pro model in another. Furthermore, the image reveals both the front and back look of the upcoming device. Encased in a thick black cover obscure its finer details. The leaked image hints at several notable design updates and new features.
Apple iPhone 17 Pro Leaks
As per the image shared in X post, the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro will include a redesigned camera bump which will offer enhanced imaging capabilities. According to rumors, there is a potential to introduce reverse wireless charging. The unrecognized device has a triple rear camera unit at the back. This is similar to the one on the current generation of iPhone Pro models.
What’s different is the placement of the flash and the LiDAR sensor. On the iPhone 16 Pro models, both of them are located above and below the camera rings on the left. However, on the next generation Pro variant, they can be seen placed on the right side of the back. On the other hand, the second image showed the front of the phones.
The face and body of the alleged Pro variant appears to be heavily protected and hidden in a chunky case.
