Poco Global has unveiled its latest 5G mobile phone in Malaysia and Vietnam. The device comes with the official name of Poco X3 GT. It comes as an upgraded version of previously launched Poco X3. To recall, Poco X3 was launched in September, 2020. According to reports, the latest entry under the Poco X Series is the rebranded version of Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G. To recall, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G was launched in China back in May. Let’s take a look at the newly launched Poco X series device.
Poco X3 GT: Price in India
The all-new Poco X3 GT price in Malaysia starts at MYR 1299 which is approximately Rs 22800 for the base variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Additionally, the 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage model comes with a price tag of MYR 1599 which is approximately Rs 28000. The Poco X Series device will be sold via flash sale. The first flash sale will start on August 3 in Malaysia.
Moreover, as an introductory offer, Poco is offering both models at a discounted price. The base model of X3 GT will be priced at MYR 1199 which is approximately Rs 21000. The other variant will also get a price cut, will be price at MYR 1399 which is approximately Rs 24500. Additionally, the Poco X series device comes in three colour options. These includes Cloud White, Stargaze Black and Wave Blue colours.
In Vietnam, the Poco X3 GT price starts at VND 6990000 which is approximately Rs 22600 for the sole variant of 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Meanwhile, the Chinese brand has not revealed any of its plans about launching this phone in other global markets including India.
Poco X3 GT: Specifications
Poco X3 GT comes with a 6.6-inch Full HD+ display. This display gets a 120Hz refresh rate along with DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage. Additionally, the screen gets its protection from Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC powers this 5G mobile phone. This chipset also comes in pair with Mali-G77 GPU. Additionally, the device also gets an 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
Camera:
Regarding camera configuration, the X3 GT features a 64-megapixel triple rear camera setup. The 64-megapixel main camera sensor comes in pair with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens. For selfies, the front camera also supports a 16-megapixel shooter. Poco X Series mobile phone runs on the Google’s Android 11 operating system. The complete set of hardware is back by a 5000mAh battery along with 67W fast charging support. Regarding connectivity options, the device includes 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS and a USB Type-C port. For security, the Poco X3 GT includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also gets dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
