OnePlus recently launched its flagship smartphone series for year 2021, the OnePlus 9 Series. Following the previous trends, the company is now planning to launch the “T” version of the latest smartphone series. The leaks and rumors about this upcoming “T” version smartphone have now started surfacing online. According to latest leaks, the details about the upcoming OnePlus 9T has been surfaced online. These details include how the OnePlus 9T will look like. However, the leaks do not include any details about the OnePlus 9T Pro.
OnePlus 9T leaks:
According to unknown source on Chinese microblogging site, Weibo, the OnePlus 9T Pro won’t be there. This news is not much different from last year. As, the company skips the OnePlus 8T Pro last year. To recall, the company has launched the Pro variant only once. In 2019, the company launched the OnePlus 7T Pro as the Pro variant under OnePlus T Series.

According to reports, there is a possibility that OnePlus could stick with only one variant under the OnePlus 9T Series. The company is expected to launch this single T variant in the second half of the year or may be later in the next year. The report also suggest that the upcoming OnePlus phone is likely to launch soon along with an LTPO OLED display. The upcoming OnePlus T phone is likely to launch with the Samsung E4 Flexible displays. It may also get the support for 120Hz variable refresh rate. This means that the refresh rate will change depending upon the content on the screen.
OnePlus 9T: Expected Specs
Additionally, the report also suggest that the upcoming OnePlus T device is likely to launch with Full HD+ screen resolution instead of QHD+ screen. To recall, the OnePlus 9 Pro was launched with QHD+ Screen resolution. The device is likely to launch with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Beside this we don’t have much details about the upcoming 9T phone.
From our side, we expect the phone to launch with Hasselbald cameras, 65W fast charging. There are chances that it may possibly get a similar design as the OnePlus 9 series. The device may also get support for up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The upcoming phone could run on Android 12 OS and much more. As for the pricing, the device is most likely to fall under similar price range as the OnePlus 9. Therefore, we can expect the OnePlus 9T price to be under Rs 50000.
Keep in mind, these are just leaks. There is no concrete information about the upcoming OnePlus T series phone. Also, the company did not reveal any official detail about the same.
