OnePlus Nord 2 5G Core Edition: The OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G could be the next smartphone from the company to launch in India. The rumors and leaks about the new upcoming OnePlus mobile in India have been coming from various sources. However, the official details about this new OnePlus phone have not been revealed by the company yet. Before the official launch, the new OnePlus phone has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, which indicates that the phone could be launching soon in the Indian market.

OnePlus Nord 2 CE listed on BIS website

The new OnePlus Nord phone is likely to be the successor of the OnePlus Nord CE, which was launched by OnePlus in June this year. The listings show that the new OnePlus Nord phone has the codename of Ivan. The tipster Mukul Sharma aka @stufflistings was the first one to spot the new OnePlus Nord phone on the BIS website, which is a regulatory body for electronic products in India.

On BIS Listing, OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G appears with the model number IV2201. As mentioned above, the smartphone gets the codename as Ivan. Although, the BIS listing does not reveal any details about the RAM and storage configuration. It does reveal any colour option or the specifications about the upcoming OnePlus Nord series phone. OnePlus Nord 2 5G CE: Leaked Renders

According to early renders, the new OnePlus phone is likely to look similar to the Oppo Reno 7. Moreover, the new device could be the re-branded version of the Oppo Reno 7. An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 series chipset could power the OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G. This chipset is likely to come in pair with up to 12GB of RAM. The upcoming phone is likely to offer up to 256GB of storage. If the leaks are considered, the OnePlus phone will also get the same Mali G68 MC4 GPU. This Mali GPU is present on Oppo Reno 7 phone.

• Camera

As for the optics, the OnePlus Nord 2 CE camera will get major difference in the camera setup from the Oppo Reno 7. Additionally, the OnePlus phone could feature a rectangular-shaped rear camera module.
