As per latest leaks, The all new Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is under development and is likely to launch much earlier than expected. Popular tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks on Twitter also shared some exclusive render of the upcoming Galaxy S21 FE edition. Samsung Galaxy S21 FE: First Look
According to renders, the latest Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 2020 is likely to come with similar design as that of it’s predecessor. This means that device will feature a glastic back design. This upcoming smartphone will join the Galaxy S21 series which was launched earlier this year. To recall, this Galaxy S21 series compromises of three models including the Galaxy S21, the Galaxy S21+ and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. The smartphone under this series includes a glastic back along with metal frame. Additionally, the camera housing comes with metallic frame.
According to reports, Galaxy S21 FE is likely to be still smaller compare to its predecessor, measuring at 155.7×74.5×7.9mm. As per render images, the camera module comes with a cheap glastic body. This is because to possibly help in cost cutting. It also likely that, just to cut down the cost Samsung has dropped exterior metallic frame from the regular Galaxy S21. Therefore, To reduce the cost, the South Korean smartphone makers have opted for cheaper metal subframe.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE: Expected Specs
Regarding specifications, the current rumors and leaks suggest the specifications of all new Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The device is likely to come with 6.5-inch Full HD+ resolution along with Super AMOLED display. This display comes with HDR 10+ support and 120Hz refresh rate. These display features are similar to that of it’s predecessor Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. For hardware, the all new Galaxy S21 FE is likely to be power by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Report also suggests that the Indian variant is likely to feature an Exynos chipset. This chipset is most likely to be Exynos 2100 SoC.
To recall, the South Korean Smartphone makers recently launches the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G in India. The Galaxy S20 FE comes with starting price tag of Rs 55999 for the sole 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. As a part of introductory offer, the smartphone comes with an introductory price of Rs 47999 along with Rs 8000 as instant cashback. Reports suggests that that upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is likely to be more affordable and value for money device just like it’s predecessor. However, there is no official confirmation from the South Korean manufacturers about the launch.
