LG goes official and announces its first ever gaming laptop ahead of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022. The latest gaming notebook comes with the name of LG UltraGear 17G90Q. The all-new LG UltraGear 17G90Q comes with 11th Gen Intel Core chipset aka Intel Tiger Lake H Series processors. This latest gaming notebook comes with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Max Q GPU. Moreover, this Intel powered LG gaming laptop also gets a vapour chamber cooling system.
The South Korean tech giant will be hosting an event during the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2022 to reveal more details about this gaming laptop. LG is planning to start the rollout of this LG UltraGear 17G90Q laptop in January 2022. Furthermore, the rollout will begin from its homeland of South Korea. The tech giant will be launching this gaming notebook in other countries after a while.

The all-new LG UltraGear 17G90Q gaming laptop price is unknown for the moment. The South Korean tech giant is planning to offer this LG gaming notebook in South Korea and the US in January 2022. LG UltraGear 17G90Q Gaming Laptop: Specifications
The first ever gaming notebook from LG, the LG UltraGear 17G90Q will get its power from the 11th Gen Intel Core Tiger Lake H Series processors. Moreover, this Intel powered LG laptop will come with support from an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Max Q graphics card. The complete chipset with GPU will come in pair with either 16GB or 32GB of DDR4 RAM. The latest LG gaming notebook will also get LG UltraGear Studio. This will allow users to control the CPU and GPU according the nature of game.
As for the display, the LG UltraGear 17G90Q gaming laptop sports a 17.3inch WQXGA IPS display. This display gets a screen resolution of 2560×1600 pixels. Moreover, the display also gets up to 300Hz refresh rate. For other features, the gaming notebook comes with a 16:9 aspect ratio, 99 percent sRGB. The South Korean tech players claim that this laptop offers 1ms response time.
Under the hood, LG is fitting a M.2 NVMe SSD of up to 1TB on this UltraGear 17G90Q for storage. To mention, this latest LG gaming laptop also gets support for dual channels. As mentioned above, the UltraGear gaming notebook comes with a vapour chamber cooling system. For audio, this gaming notebook comes with 3D DTS:X Ultra sound. The UltraGear 17G90Q gaming notebook will also get a full-size keyboard including the numeric keypad.
Similarly for connectivity, the gaming laptop from LG includes Wi-Fi 6E, two USB 4 Gen 3 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 USB Type-C port, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, HP-Out, HDMI port, RJ45 port, and a microSD/ UFS port. The complete hardware on LG UltraGear 17G90Q get its backup from a 93Whr battery. For device security, this UltraGear laptop features a fingerprint scanner within the power button itself.
