Nokia G-Series and X-Series smartphones launch confirm for April 8

HMD Global has started sending media invites for the launch event of Nokia Smartphones. The launch event will take place on April 8. In this event, Nokia is likely to launch multiple smartphones under new X-series and the G-series. According to reports, the company is likely to launch the rumored Nokia G10, Nokia G20, Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 smartphones. To recall, all these smartphones are under limelight on Internet regarding upcoming launches. The launch event is scheduled for April 8 at 7:30 PM IST. However, the invite does not share any details about the upcoming set of smartphones. These Nokia smartphones will be launch via an online only event.

Expected Pricing for upcoming Nokia Smartphones

According to recent reports, the upcoming Nokia G10 is likely to come with a price tag of EUR 139 which is approximately Rs 11,900. Additionally, the other launching handset under G-series, the Nokia G20 is likely to be price at EUR 169 which is approximately Rs 14,500. Both these Nokia smartphones will come in two color options including blue and purple colors.

The other X-series smartphone, Nokia X10 will be priced at EUR 300 which is approximately Rs 25,800 for the base variant. Additionally, the other smartphone, Nokia X20 is likely to come with a price tag of EUR 349 which is approximately Rs 30,000. As per reports, the Nokia X10 smartphones will debuts in two color options including Green and White colors. Whereas, the Nokia X20 smartphones is likely to come in Blue and Sand color options.

Both Nokia G-series smartphones will feature a 6.38-inch of HD+ Display. The Nokia G10 is likely to be power by MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. This chipset comes paired with up to 4GB RAM/ 64GB of internal storage. This storage is expandable via microSD card and can be expanded up to 512GB. Both of these Nokia smartphones will run on near to stock Google Android 11 OS out of the box. Additionally, the smartphones will be back by 5000mAh battery along with standard 10W charging support. Regarding cameras, both the smartphone will feature quad-rear camera setup. These four-camera sensor includes a 48-MP primary sensor, a 2-MP depth sensor, a 5-MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-MP macro lens. Additionally, for selfies, these smartphones support an 8-MP snapper.

As per report from NokiaPowerUser, Nokia X10 5G and Nokia X20 5G smartphones are likely to be powered by 5G capable chipset, Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC. Also, both of the smartphone will run on near-stock Google Android 11 OS. Both of these smartphones will feature a 4500mAh battery along with support for standard 10W charging system. Additionally, these smartphones are likely to come with a quad-rear camera setup. These four camera sensors will include a 48-MP primary sensor paired with a 5-MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The other two sensor includes a 2-MP depth sensor and a 2-MP macro lens. For selfies, the front camera will also support a 16-MP sensor on both devices.
