Vivo V21 5G smartphone India launch date confirm, to feature 44MP OIS selfie camera

The all new Vivo V21 5G smartphone launch in India confirm for April 29 at 12pm. The smartphone will feature a dual LED Flash for front selfie camera.

The Vivo V21 5G smartphone is launching in India. The Chinese brand has officially announce the launch date. The all new V Series smartphone is likely to succeed the Vivo V20 smartphone. The all new Vivo V21 release date is set for April 29 at 12pm. The upcoming Vivo V21 5G smartphone will go live on Flipkart and other online and offline retail stores in India. Additionally, the company has started teasing the smartphone and the teaser page is surface online as Vivo V21 Flipkart. This teaser page reveals couple of features that will be coming on this upcoming V21 Vivo V Series smartphone.

As the name suggest, the all new Vivo V21 5G smartphone will be launching with 5G Connectivity. This will be the biggest upgrade over it’s predecessor Vivo V20 smartphone from last year. Vivo has always relied on Qualcomm processors for 5G connectivity. However, with this upcoming Vivo V21 smartphone it remains unknown if the device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor or any MediaTek Dimensity Processor with 5G connectivity.

Vivo V21 5G: Teased Camera Features

The V series has always been known for it’s top-class selfie cameras. The upcoming Vivo V21 5G smartphone is likely to carry forward the legacy. As mentioned in the title itself, the all new Vivo V21 5G smartphone will feature a 44-MP single selfie camera. This selfie camera will come with an Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) system. To recall, till now, this Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) System remains unseen in this price category. With the addition of OIS system, the smartphone will give extra advantage to vlogger, as it will provide them with extra features while vlogging.

Beside, the 44-MP selfie camera, the Vivo V21 5G smartphone will also feature a dual-LED flash. The LED flash system will sit on the either side of the earpiece. It will offer a spotlight-like functionality. Because of this Vivo is calling this upcoming selfie feature as Spotlight Selfie. Vivo V21 5G: Expected Features

With Vivo V21 5G smartphone, The Chinese smartphone brand is bringing some other features from flagship smartphones like Vivo X60 Series. The landing feature will be Extended RAM feature. Just like Vivo X60 Pro, the all new Vivo V21 5G can extend its RAM by upto 3GB whenever required. This extra RAM will come from onboard storage and will be helpful while multitasking. Along with this Teaser Image on Flipkart, Vivo has also teased the design elements of this upcoming Vivo V21 5G smartphone.

As per the teased image, the upcoming smartphone looks quite similar to last year’s Vivo V20 Series and this year’s Vivo X60 Series. The smartphone will feature similar rectangular camera hump and similar color gradients at the rear. The edges of the smartphone appears to be flat just like the iPhone 12 series, which is in trend these days. Vivo confirms that the upcoming V21 5G smartphone is 7.39mm thick and weighs around 177grams. The smartphone will come in three color options including Sunset Dazzle, Artic White and Dusk Blue. The Dusk Blue color comes with 7.29mm of thickness and will weighs around 176grams. The upcoming Vivo V21 price is likely to fall similar to its predecessor Vivo V20 smartphone.
