The latest rumour hints at a faster charging system for this year’s iPhone series. The rumour suggests that the next gen iPhone 13 series will get faster charging capabilities. This charging will be more faster as compared to the current gen iPhone 12 series. To recall, Apple iPhone 12 support fast charging. The detail about this comes from the report by MyDrivers. According to MyDrivers report, the iPhone 13 series is likely to launch with 25W fast charging solution. This faster charging will only be possible with the compatible iPhone fast charger.
iPhone 13 series with fast charging
It is suggested that the new iPhone 13 series will be launching with 25W power adapter. With this fast charger iPhone series will get increased the charging speed. To recall, the current gen iPhone 12 series is coming the 20W fast charging support. This means that the next gen iPhone series will be getting improvements in the charging solution. It will be possible with the addition of 25W fast charge solution. However, keep in mind, there will be no significant changes in charging duration.
Meanwhile, Apple is also likely to sell the 25W iPhone fast charger separately. Currently, the 20W USB Type-C fast charger is available for Rs 1900 in India. The upcoming 25W charger is mostly to be priced similar or could be on a little higher side. With this faster charger iPhone 13 series is likely to ship with bigger batteries for all the iPhone models. To recall, we expect to get four separate models under the iPhone 13 series. These models include the standard iPhone 13, the iPhone 13 Mini, the iPhone 13 Pro, the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Improvements in iPhone 13 series
Beside the faster charging and the bigger batteries, the iPhone 13 series is likely to launch with other iteration also. According to rumours, the Pro variant could launch with ProMotion display along with 120Hz refresh rate. Keep in mind, this will be the first iPhone series to get such a display. There might also be support for Android’s Always-on-Display (AoD) functionality. As for the camera configuration, all the models under iPhone 13 series are likely to launch with improved cameras. The mobile phone series could get sensor-shift stabilization. It might also get better zooming capabilities, improvements in night mode, better autofocusing and much more.
Regarding other details, the device might also launch with smaller notch, the combination of FaceID and TouchID. It will also get bigger rear camera modules, addition of newer A15 Bionic chipset. Additionally, all the models will be running on the newer iOS 15. Moreover, the Apple iPhone 13 series is also likely to launch wireless charging with fast wireless charging speed.
