Talking about the cameras, Samsung is carrying forward its last years’ hardware. Although, the South Korean tech giant has enhanced its performance by updating its neural processing unit with Advanced AI features. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with S-Pen:

On the other hand, Galaxy S22 Ultra is the most expensive non-foldable phone. Alongside the launch of Samsung Galaxy S22 Series, the South Korean tech giant also unveiled the Galaxy Tab S8. To recall, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is the first Samsung phone after the Galaxy Note 20 which not only incorporate S-Pen support. Galaxy S22 Ultra: Replacement to Note Series

During the launch event, the South Korean tech giant declined to comment on any future products when asked about the new Galaxy Note series. However, this comment does confirm that the company is now thinking of Galaxy Note device as an “experience” more than a product line. To fill the empty space in Note lineup, the company brings the latest Galaxy S22 Ultra.

To recall, the Galaxy Note series was launched more than a decade ago. The Galaxy phone was an industry disrupter. It brought the trend of big screen phones. The South Korean tech giant further distinguished the smartphone by bringing some of the exclusive features. These features were missing on other Galaxy phones.

However, later the place of Note lineup becomes less clear. In 2020, Samsung squeezed the Note lineup between the Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy S20 Ultra. The tech giant skipped the Note lineup entirely in 2021. Now with the launch of Galaxy S22 Ultra, it appears that the South Korean tech giant is planning to merge the Note and the Ultra series.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: First Take

Along with S Pen support, the best part about Galaxy S22 Ultra is a spot to store this S-Pen. Beside this, Samsung has also made some improvements to the way this stylus works. There is improvement in latency. Now, the Samsung S Pen can transcribe handwritten notes to text in about 88 languages. Based on our experience, I can surely say that this time the S Pen with Galaxy S22 Ultra felt fluid and responsive. Although, it is hard to tell the difference than before.
