It has been speculated that Motorola would introduce a new phone called Ibiza. For some time now the mobile has become a rumor, giving us insights of how the smartphone might be. The new leak now indicates that the alleged mobile phone Motorola Ibiza will soon be launched in India. It will be another budget 5G smartphone.
To recall, Last year, Motorola brought a budget 5G phone Moto G 5G under ₹20,000(incl. Discount) in India. Later on, the market got flood with mid-range 5G smartphones from the likes of brands such as Xiaomi and now the Realme. Now, Mukul Sharma’s latest tips will suggest that Motorola might soon offer India a 5G budget device.
Motorola Ibiza: Budget 5G Smartphone
As revealed by tipster Mukul Sharma, Motorola Ibiza will soon make its entry in India. The smartphone will next in series after the Moto G 5G. It could release for a price of Rs. 21,999, as a budget 5G smartphone. So the alleged Motorola Ibiza will likely be a part of a lower pricing segment. It will cost less than 20K, making it a fairly cost-effective 5G phone in India.
Previously, TechNikNews revealed a Motorola device with the codename ‘Ibiza’ in the works and will debut in Q1 of 2021. The device was later certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance, with the same XT2137 model number as before. This device is assume to be a 5G phone with Snapdragon 480 chipset.

The leak also reveals a 90 Hz mobile IPS LCD display. The screen resolution can be HD+ or Full HD+ though uncertain. Regarding the name, a recent tip from TechNikNews also suggests that Ibiza/Denver could be a ‘Moto G40‘. It will become the member of the Moto G series.
Motorola Ibiza: The new game changer?
The Motorola Ibiza is a smartphone that is bound to turn heads if rumors and leaks are to be believe. The smartphone tends to offer users quite a nice deal under Rs 20,000. As the device comes with support of 5G, near stock Android 11 experience, a 90Hz display and more.
In past, Companies like Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo and others have attempted to bring 5G mobile phones to India. But they all are mid-rangers and surpass Rs 20,000.
