With the aim to provide ease of access to the users on Twitter. The micro-blogging website has now introduce a new feature that will allow users to display images in full size within the tweets. This will provide users with all the important details in the post without need for opening it. The new feature comes with the name of Twitter full size image preview. This new twitter image preview test has been conducted earlier by the micro-blogging website. Now, the feature has been rolled out officially for general Twitter users.

The micro-blogging company made the official announcement via its social media handle @Twitter. This new update will let users to display the actual size or full size preview of images. This will eliminate all kind of surprises within the image itself. To recall, until now, Twitter shows cropped images to the users. The cropped images include those images that did not support 16:9 aspect ratio. Also, This feature is introduce to maintain consistency of the feed for the streamline usage. Keep in mind, Twitter has already tested out this feature in the month of March along with some other features. Beside full size image preview feature, Another feature that was being test out includes a feature to upload 4K images and videos. The same feature just got introduce recently. To access this 4K image and video feature, users need to enable it from the Settings. This is an small yet useful feature that has been introduce by the company. Twitter Spaces has been introduce to the users who have 600 or more followers. This Spaces feature allow users to host live audio chats. Also, This feature is much like the famous Clubhouse app, which is available on iOS platform only. Keep in mind, the Twitter Spaces feature is available on both Android and iOS platform.
WhatsApp to bring similar feature:
The all new full size image preview feature on Twitter is similar to WhatsApp’s recent update. WhatsApp has also brought a feature on both Android and iOS, which allow same big image preview within chats. The popular messaging app will allow users to view bigger photos and images in the chat. Also, The users are not required to tap on the sent media to see what’s in their. Again, this is not a major change. However, it might be useful for users as it makes convenient for users to access the messaging app. Earlier, the feature was announce for iOS but not it has reached to all the Android and iOS users globally.
