Meanwhile, it feels good to see the headphone adapter within the box. However, most brand skips this USB Type-C to a 3.5mm headphone adapter.

In addition, we also get a massive and heavy charging brick. This adapter is a 120W original Xiaomi charger that also comes directly inside the box. Additionally, there is a good quality USB Type-A to Type-C cable for charging and data transfer. Let’s check out the design of the new Xiaomi 12 series smartphone.

Xiaomi 12 Pro: Specifications

The latest Xiaomi 12 Pro is a dual-SIM Nano Android smartphone. Meanwhile, this smartphone runs on Android 12 with MIUI 13 on top. Based on our experience with this smartphone, the smartphone seems to have most of the Android 12 features. One of the drawbacks is that even being the flagship smartphone, the device also comes with some pre-installed third-party apps. These third-party apps will also send unwanted spammy notifications. Luckily, we can uninstall most of these apps.

The telephoto lens can click some good shots, but it skips on the optical image stabilization.

Xiaomi 12 Pro: Final Verdict

Xiaomi Pro variant is a premium smartphone that starts at Rs 62999 in India. Furthermore, the latest Xiaomi 12 series smartphone looks the part of a proper flagship. Design-wise, the Xiaomi 12 Pro looks premium and classy. Meanwhile, in terms of Display, Camera, and connectivity features, the latest Xiaomi smartphone justifies the Protag.

However, it still misses out on one crucial feature. This missing feature is an official IP rating for dust and water resistance. Henceforth, it is strange to see such a premium phone missing such an essential feature. Meanwhile, even the budget phone from Redmi and Xiaomi come with IP ratings. But this Xiaomi phone’s missing feature could be a deal-breaker for some buyers.
