OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, left the tech company last year. Later Carl Pei started his own audio-based company. The audio company comes with the name of Nothing. According to reports, the company is planning to launch its first product in form of TWS earbuds. The first audio product comes with the name of Nothing Ear 1. This Nothing Ear 1 is a truly wireless stereo (TWS) earbud.
Nothing Ear 1: TWS Earbuds
Recently, the company announced its partnership with Flipkart India. This means that the company will be selling its first product in India via e-commerce website, Flipkart. In addition to this, Flipkart has set up a dedicated microsite for this upcoming truly wireless (TWS) earbuds. All this hints at a close-by launch. The microsite on Flipkart features a banner and some additional quotes. Beside this, the page does not contain much details for the upcoming audio product.
Nothing Ear 1: Design (Expected)
According to reports, The TWS earbuds, Nothing Ear 1 is likely to support a transparent design. As per teasers, the device will come with a unique form factor as teased by the audio-based company. Beside Nothing Ear 1, the company is also working on some other smart products. Additionally, these smart products will be interacting with each other under single roof.
To recall, in March the company showcase the design of Concept 1 prototype. This prototype gives us an idea as to how the TWS earbuds will look like. The Concept 1 also comes with a transparent body along with a black pipe-shaped battery and an in-ear style canal shaped bud. Other Nothing Products:
In another news beside TWS Earbuds, Nothing has also acquired Andy Rubin’s company named Essential. With this acquirement, now, we can expect both of these companies to work together on a new device. According to rumors, Nothing along with Essentials could launch a new smartphone. This device will launch under the same branding that will be part of Nothing’s ecosystem.
In a recent interview with India Today, a customer comes with a question regarding Nothing Ear 1. He asked how can he contact the company by send a mail to company and or by using the toll-free numbers to contact them. To answer this question, the company also said that it will be having 205 service points in over 171 cities in the country. The company will also provide pick up and drop facilities wherever it will be required. Until then, we have to wait and watch as of how these TWS Earbuds will look and perform.
