Realme launched its first ever laptop in India with the name of Realme Book Slim. This is the company’s first ever laptop. The latest laptop comes with 2K display. It is powered by 11th Gen Intel Core processors.
The laptop device launched alongside the GT Series mobile phones. These mobile phones include the Realme GT 5G and Realme GT Master Edition in India. The laptop is designed with narrow bezels to deliver more screen-to-body ratio. Realme claims that this laptop offers 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. Additionally, Realme also confirms that this laptop is capable of handling heavy games such as League of Legends, Overwatch, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

The all-new Book Slim Laptop price in India starts at Rs 46999 for the base variant. The base variant of this first-ever Realme laptop comes with 11th Gen Intel Core i3 processor. This variant includes 8GB of RAM along with 256GB of onboard storage. The other variant with 11th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage gets a price tag od Rs 59999.

Realme is offering this laptop series in two colour options. These includes Real Blue and Real Grey colors. The device will be up for sale starting August 30. The first ever Realme Book Slim laptop will be up for sale on Flipkart, Realme India official website, and other leading retail stores across India.
Realme Book Slim Laptop: Specifications
The all-new Realme Book Slim laptop runs on Windows 10 operating system. The Chinese brand has already confirmed that this laptop will be upgraded to Windows 11 OS whenever available. It supports a 14-inch IPS 2K display. This display gets a screen resolution of 2160×1440 pixels. Additionally, other display features include 100 percent sRGB colour gamut, 3:2 aspect ratio.

Realme touts this display to be 33 percent brighter than the typical laptop display. Moreover, this display can offer a peak brightness of up to 400 nits. Regarding its bezels, the narrow bezels get a thickness of 5.3mm on either sides and 8.45mm on the top side.
Realme claims that this thin bezel will enhance the user experience over the display. Additionally, the display will offer 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. As far as hardware is concerned, the Realme Book Slim laptop comes with up to 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 CPU. This chipset comes coupled with Intel Iris Xe graphics. The device gets up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Additionally, it also packs in up to 512GB of PCIe SSD storage. Realme is offering this laptop with dual-fan “Storm Colling” thermal management system. As far as connectivity options are concerned, Realme Book Slim laptop gets all the necessary options. The Realme Slim Book includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 port, a Thunderbolt 4 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. However, the Intel Core i3 variant does not get the Thunderbolt 4 port. Instead, it comes with a regular USB Type-C port.

The laptop packs in a 54Wh battery backup. Realme claims that this battery can deliver up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge. Additionally, it supports 65W Super Fast Charge which is claimed to charge 50 per cent battery in just 30 minutes.

Realme Book Slim laptop: PC Connect
The Chinese tech giant is also offering a preloaded feature called the PC Connect. This feature will allow users to connect their smartphone with Realme Book Slim laptop.
