Realme has launched multiple smartphones in past few months. The company seems to continue launching new products in coming days too. The Chinese smartphone makers have reveal that they are planning to launch a new batch of Realme Q series smartphones. These phones will launch at an affordable price point. Realme Q Series: In Making
Wang Wei Derek, Product Director at Realme shares a post on Weibo, the Chinese micro-blogging website. In the post, he informs that the company is planning to introduce the all new Q series of smartphones. This smartphones will offer a “balance of performance and price”. In this post, he emphasizes on the premium-segment Realme devices. He added that the premium-segment device witness great success among the users because of flagship grade specifications. Also, the pricing of these premium smartphones is also less if compared with other premium offerings in the market.
To recall, the Chinese smartphone market player recently launched its premium smartphones in form of Realme GT and Realme GT Neo. Now, with the launch of new Q series, Realme wants to deliver more budget friendly smartphones that offers better value for money when it comes to price to performance. However, as per officials, this new Q series smartphones will not be as powerful as Realme GT Series. Meanwhile, company hopes that the new smartphone series will satisfy users’ expectations just like Realme GT lineup.
Realme GT to launch in India:
The Realme executive just dropped hints about upcoming Q Series. However, he did not provide any specifications about the upcoming smartphone series. Although, he does confirms that the GT series will be the only smartphone lineup to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series processors. According to reports, The Realme GT line up smartphones are likely to debut in India in next month. This news was disclose in a recent Q&A session by Francis Wong, Chief Marketing Officer, Realme India.
Beside Realme Q Series, the Chinese smartphone brand is all geared up to launch a new smartphone dubbed as Realme 8 5G this month. As per the tweet from Madhav Sheth, CEO and Vice President, Realme India and Europe, the Realme 8 5G will debut with MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G SoC in India. This will be the first smartphone to be power by MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G processor. However, rest of the specifications are likely to be same as that of Realme 4G variant. Also, as per reports, the smartphone is set to launch in Thailand, after landing in Indian market.
