  • Motorola 5G Phones: Design and Display

Regarding design, the recently launched Moto G73 5G phones are weaker than its closest rivals. Although, the winning aspect of the Moto G series smartphone is the exterior outlook. Moreover, the beautiful rear panel colors, attractive rear camera module design, and the side-mounted fingerprint scanner could be the positive side. However, the impression is spoiled by the inexpensive plastic case.

The 6.5-inch IPS LCD display panel on the Motorola Moto G73 5G phone comes with 120Hz refresh rate

The big screen bezels, especially the bottom bezels, are huge. The 6.5-inch IPS display could be better. The brightness and contrast levels are inferior to its rival modern AMOLED panels. Moreover, the combination of 120Hz Full-HD+ display does not offer a great viewing experience in direct sunlight. Also Read – Motorola Edge 30 Pro Review

  • Motorola 5G Phones: Performance

With technical specifications, the situation is slightly better. The latest MediaTek Dimensity 930 processor pairs with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory. In terms of benchmarking score, the handset scores over 500 thousand points on the popular AnTuTu benchmarking list. This score guarantees a smooth experience on the latest Android interface.

The Motorola Moto G73 offers gamers a decent experience with medium graphics settings. I will prefer something other than these Moto G series 5G phones for resource-demanding games like Fortnite and Genshin Impact. Overall, the current MediaTek chipset offers remarkable energy efficiency.

  • Motorola 5G Phones: Storage

Motorola Moto G73’s internal memory is non-expandable. It comes with a sole 256GB storage option; moreover, if you find the storage amount insufficient, you can always use a MicroSD card to increase the storage capacity.

The all-new G73 gets a USB Typc-C port for charging and data transfer, also gets a 3.5mm headphone jack

  • Motorola 5G Phones: Battery Life

A 5000mAh battery on the latest Moto G73 offers a decent battery life. The handset provides around 8 hours of screen on time on a single charge. With general use, the battery on Moto G73 5G phones can run for approximately 1.5 days.

Motorola Moto G73 Camera Quality

The 50 Megapixel and 8 Megapixel camera sensors are highly unlikely to attract fans of high-quality photography. If the company offered autofocus with 8 Megapixel ultra-wide angle camera, it would have been really good. The 50-megapixel main camera comes without Optical Image Stabilization. This primary camera reproduces natural colors and offers details, but only during the daytime shots.

The Evening and early morning photos turn out to be noisy and blurry. A strong ghosting effect is visible in photos and videos during low-light photography. The daytime video quality is above average. The primary camera supports 4K Video recording in this Motorola Moto G Series smartphone. Also Read – Motorola new model smartphone with Stylus Pen

Moto G73 Other Features

The stereo speakers are loud enough on the recently launched Moto G73. Both stereo speakers can reproduce the bass effect. Motorola Moto G73 also supports contactless payments with NFC. Overall, the smartphone comes with all the necessary connectivity options. Also Read – Moto G Stylus 5G 2021 specs

Final Verdict

Motorola Moto G53 and Moto G73 are decent offerings from the Lenovo-owned smartphone makers. Both smartphones offer 5G connectivity which is not a superfluous feature for a buyer. Many other rival brands offer a similar gadget at a lower price point. With the launch of Moto G73, the company is offering a rather mediocre device. The Motorola Moto G73 5G will release soon in other international markets.
