iQOO 7 launched in China few weeks ago. This device is the second Snapdragon 888 chipset device in the world. However, its battery size remained unchanged from its predecessor, the iQOO 5 Pro, other than that the current flagship packed improvements. The device offers a much bigger display than the iQOO 5 Pro. iQOO 7 will come with a similar 4000mAh battery.

iQOO 9 in making:
According to recent leaks from the Weibo user Digital Chat Station (via GizmoChina) indicates that iQOO 9 will be fitted with standard 4,400mAh of battery capacity that is greater than 4,000mAh of the iQOO 7‘s. He also confirms that Vivo has a new dual-cell battery in production. Each cell sizes 2155mAh, while its total capacity is 4310mAh. This dual-cell batter is likely to be the first battery to come pack in with the iQOO 9.
However, The battery capacity is 4,400mAh which is similar to that of iQOO 3. The handset is likely to make its debut in H2, 2021. However, the official launch is yet to be known. iQOO did not increase the battery power of iQOO 7. The battery capacity is same as its iQOO 5 Pro predecessor. The iQOO 5 Pro launched in August, 2020.
It looks like the Company has decided to upgrade its mobile battery capacity on its next-generation iQOO smartphone. This dual-cell battery will provide extremely fast charging. It will be used by manufacturers for the next-generation devices, will Just like iQOO 7 and the iQOO 5 Pro, it is likely that the successor iQOO 7 will also support 120W fast charging. The bigger battery will provide more screen time to the users. More info about iQOO 9 is not known at this stage. The iQOO 9 is not likely to launch until the second half of the year. However, according to leaks, The device is likely to be announced in the middle of the third quarter of the year.
iQOO 7: The Snapdragon 888 Phone
The iQOO 7 comes with the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. The device comes with a big 6.62-inches display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes packed with a triple-rear camera setup. The pricing for base variant starts at 3798 YUAN in China, which is approximately Rs 43,000 for 8GB RAM/128 GB storage variant. The iQOO 7 also comes in the 12GB RAM/256GB storage model, costing 4198 YUAN which converts to around Rs 47,600.
There is a triple rear camera setup on iQOO 7. These cameras includes a primary 48-MP sensor with f/1.79 aperture, a secondary 13-MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 13-MP portrait sensor with f/2.46 aperture. For selfies, The front camera packs in a 16-MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
