While no official announcement has been made yet, leaks suggest that Qualcomm is gearing up to upgrade its Snapdragon 765G processor. Anticipated to hit the market soon, the Snapdragon 775/775G chipset is set to bring significant enhancements. This next-gen processor, as per leaks confirmed by XDA Developers, promises upgraded cores for superior performance.

Snapdragon 775 Series: Expected Specs

Leaked specifications reveal that the forthcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 775 series processors will offer enhanced power efficiency and performance. These chipsets are expected to be built using a 5nm manufacturing process. Thus, marking a significant improvement over the 7nm Snapdragon 765G processor.

This LPDDR5 RAM is anticipated to be a key feature in the Snapdragon 775 gaming version. Furthermore, these chipsets will be compatible with UFS 3.1 two-lane Gear 4 storage, offering faster data transfer rates.

The Snapdragon 775 series chipset will feature an upgraded ISP. This new series will introduce support for 4K video recording at 60 fps, a feature missing in previous generations. The chipsets will support Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth Milan, and 802.11ax Wi-Fi, ensuring robust and fast wireless connections. Qualcomm has yet to release official details about the Snapdragon 775 series processors. The company’s premium chipset lineup is expanding steadily.
