The AMD models will be powered by Ryzen 4000 mobile series of processors. These models will include the Ryzen 5 4680U processor and Ryzen 7 4980U processors.

Microsoft Surface Laptops: Intel Processor
On the other hand, The Intel models will be powered by Intel’s 11th generation Core i-series processors. Also, The Intel Models will include laptops with Core i5-1145G7 processors and Core i7-1185G7 processors.
However, Other than processors, these laptops are likely to feature similar specifications. Also, The AMD models are likely to come with upto 16GB RAM and a max of 512GB of internal storage. The Intel models will max out at 32GB RAM and will also support upto 1TB of internal storage.

The upcoming devices are reportedly to be made available in 13.5 inch and 15 inch models. The 13 inch models are likely to feature 2256×1504 pixels of resolution. Additionally, the 15-inch models are likely to support a screen resolution of 2496×1664 pixels. Also, Both laptop models will support 3:2 aspect ratio.
