The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, which is paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Q3i smartphone is available in two options for RAM and storage: one with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, and another with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
