Realme will be launching its first-ever laptop this week in China. The upcoming laptop will launch with the name of Realme Book Slim. The all-new Realme Book Slim will be launching alongside the Realme GT and Realme GT Master Edition smartphones. This official news is confirmed by Realme CEO India and Europe, Madhav Sheth. By launching the Realme Book Slim, Realme will be directly competing against the Apple’s MacBook Pro.
Realme CEO confirms Realme Book Slim:
According to official reports, the upcoming laptop will be launching with the 2K resolution display. The Chinese brand also confirms that the laptop will be lighter than the Apple MacBook Pro. With the tweet from Realme India and Europe CEO, Madhav Sheth, it is officially confirmed that the upcoming Realme Book Slim laptop will feature a premium 2K Full Vision Display. In his earlier tweet, he stated that the laptop will weighs in at 1.38kg. This confirms that that Realme Book Slim laptop is comparatively much lighter than the MacBook Pro 13-inch model. To recall, the Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch weighs 1.40kg. However, the Apple MacBook Air is still lighter than the upcoming Realme Book Slim. The MacBook Air model weighs at 1.29kg.

Realme Book Slim: Specifications
Realme CEO confirms that the laptop will be able to connect to smartphones via a specially designed PC Connect software. This feature is similar to how Samsung’s mobile phone connect and accessed with Windows PCs. The upcoming Realme laptop will support one Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C port, one USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 Port, one USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 port. It also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack.

As mentioned above, the Chinese brand as already confirmed that the upcoming Realme Book Slim will feature a Thunderbolt 4 port. The company also confirms that the device will get its juice from the 11th Gen Intel Core processor. Realme also confirms that the device will launch with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of SSD storage. Additionally, the Chinese brand could launch release an 8GB RAM variant along with 128GB/ 256GB of SSD variant too.
