At the annual CES 2022 event, BMW unveiled the top variant of its latest iX M60 range of flagship Electric Car. The automobile company claims that the new BMW iX M60 is “the best of three worlds of i, X and M”. This time BMW has given its iX all-Electric SUV a taste of M-class. Thus, resulting in the most powerful Electric car from the German Manufacturers. FYI, the all-new BMW iX M60 is the most powerful electric car ever showcase at the annual CES event.

BMW iX M60 gets the top spot in electric SUV segment with top power generation of 619bhp. The latest electric vehicle from BMW pushed back the i4 M50 sedan from the top spot. BMW iX M60: Top Speed and Range

Furthermore, the German Automobile manufacturers claims that the latest electric car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100km per hour in just 3.8 seconds. During the CES 2022 keynote, BMW claims that the EV offer a maximum driving range of up to 566km with a combined power consumption of 21.4–19.8 kWh/km. The automobile company designed the Combined Charging Unit to allow for flexible charging up to 11 kW AC or 200 kW DC.

BMW claims that with DC charging, the battery can charge from 10% to 80% in 35 minutes. Here, with every 10 minutes of DC fast-charging adding 150km. Other key highlighting features of the iX M60 include a specifically tuned dual-axle suspension with automatic level control. It also gets a sports brake system, and other visual tweaks.

Improved automated driving and parking

The BMW iX M60 offers the most comprehensive variety of standard equipment in the field of driver aid systems ever provided. A new generation of sensors, a new software stack, and a powerful processing platform also provide a lot of promise for continually improving automated driving and parking tasks – with level 3 functionality in the near future.
