Oppo’s first tablet device could launch with the name of Oppo Pad. The all-new Oppo Pad has been tipped to launch in India in the first half of 2022. Currently, the specific launch date of the upcoming Oppo tablet has not been confirmed as of yet. According to rumours, the Oppo Pad Tab could first launch in China and later in the Indian markets.
Oppo Pad with Snapdragon 870 chipset:
Additionally, it has also been reported that the Oppo Pad Tablet could launch with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. This will come in pair with up to 6GB of RAM. The report further states that the upcoming tablet will reportedly run-on Android 12 OS which will be based on the latest ColorOS skin. Moreover, it is not yet confirmed if the Chinese variant of tablet will launch in India. It is also possible that Oppo could launch the Oppo Pad in India with some different set of hardware.

Indian tipster Mukul Sharma aka @stufflistings in collaboration with 91Mobiles confirmed that Oppo is currently working on their first ever Tab device. With this news, the tipster also confirms that Oppo Pad will be first ever tablet from the brand to release in India. Oppo Pad could launch in India in the first half of next year. Although, Sharma did not confirm if India will get the same Oppo Pad model that will be launching in China in coming weeks. There is a possibility that Oppo might bring a different tablet model specifically for Indian markets.
Oppo Pad Tablet: Price (Expected)
According to reports from 91Mobiles, Oppo Pad will first launch in China. In China, the all-new Oppo Pad Tablet is likely to launch with a starting price of CNY 2000 which is approximately Rs 23000. Currently, it is unclear if the Indian model of the Oppo Tab will get the similar pricing. Moreover, the tipster also did not reveal any information regarding the price details for the upcoming Oppo Pad Tab in India.

Oppo Pad Tablet: Specifications (Expected)
Oppo’s first ever tablet was first tipped by the famous leaker Digital Chat Station. In his report, the leaker confirms that the upcoming tablet Oppo Pad will get its power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. This chipset will come in pair with 6GB of RAM along with up to 256GB of inbuilt storage.

The all-new Oppo Pad Tablet will run on Android 12 OS which will be based on the Oppo’s latest ColorOS version. Regarding the display, the tipster confirms that the Oppo Pad will launch with 11-inch IPS LCD display panel along with 120Hz refresh rate. As for the optics, the all-new Oppo Pad Tablet is likely to launch with a 13-megapixel primary rear camera. Oppo Peacock foldable phone could sport an 8-inch 2K display along with 120Hz high refresh rate. Moreover, this display can also support LTPO technology.
The Oppo’s foldable phone is likely to get its power from the Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdrgon 888 SoC. The foldable phone will get a 50-megapixel rear camera setup.
